Welcome to the online store of GenMo Tech Private Limited (“GenMo”) located at shopgenmo.com (the “Site”). This site is an e-commerce platform that allows customers to browse and purchase products hosted by GenMo on this platform.

You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid method of payment. All prices, fees and any applicable taxes and other charges are payable at checkout. We have the sole right and discretion to accept or reject/ cancel orders placed on the Site for any reason. Some situations that can result in your order being canceled include, but are not limited to, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, and problems identified by us with respect to credit, and fraud avoidance. 

There could be instances when due to typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product information, pricing, and availability, we terminate/cancel orders. In such instances, we apologize for any inconvenience. 

In certain cases, we might even require from you additional verification (s) or information before processing or accepting any order.

All content on this Site is the exclusive property of GenMo, including any and all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software.

Our Site contains links to other websites i.e. social media websites that are not operated by us. We do not have any control over the content, privacy policy, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Security of your personal information:

At GenMo, we are committed to securing your personal information using commercially acceptable means. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee absolute security because no method of electronic transmission and storage is 100% secure.

Governing Law:

These Terms and any Dispute will be governed by the laws of Pakistan with the jurisdiction of Karachi Courts to be applicable.
