What is GenMo’s Return & Exchange Policy?

We accept returns within 5 days from the date of order delivery. You have to contact our customer services before you send the item(s) back to us and provide your order number and reason for returning the item(s). In case of a defective or wrong item, we will also require an image for our records. Please ensure that the original tags are intact on the item before shipping it to us for exchange. We do not accept returns for personalized or custom products.

Does GenMo cover the return shipping fee?

No, we don’t cover return shipping and handling fee.

Is there a refund policy against returns?

No, we only offer exchanges against returns and no refunds. However, in special circumstances, we may offer store credit to be used for future purchases against returns.

How can I track my returns? 

Once the exchanged item is shipped from our end, our customer services team will email you a courier tracking ID. You can use the same to track your order. For any information or assistance on the return process, feel free to get in touch with our customer support team.

How long does it usually take to get an exchange?

It takes anywhere between 7-10 days from the date we receive your returned item.
